Diskominfotik Strengthens Its Synergy with Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Center

Jakarta Communication Informatics and Statistics Dept. (Diskominfotik) will collaborate and strengthen its synergy with Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Center, especially that related to frequency monitoring and controlling in Jakarta.

We need Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Center's role for this case

Jakarta Diskominfotik Acting Head (Plt), Atika Nur Rahmania stated, almost all residents daily activities rely heavily on the use of radio frequency and telecommunication. Telecommunication basis is also used for government, business and household needs.

"Frequency is used in many activities, especially for communication, so we don't want any disturbance. We need Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Center's role for this case," she conveyed while leading an audience with Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Center in Jakarta Smart City, City Hall, Wednesday (11/7).

She explained, currently Jakarta Government is developing to make Jakarta as the Safe City. Thus she hopes synergy between Jakarta Diskominfotik and Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Center can be better in the future.

"Harmony between Diskominfotik and Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Center can be created in form of exchanging opinions, consultation, and sharing. It also can help to solve any problems related to frequency monitoring," she explained.

According to her, Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Center will be involved to review about related matters that will become a concern in development during focus group discussion (FGD) relates to Safe City.

"We also want to know more about the use of towers and information point control that could be informed to us related to Jakarta security," she said.
