S. Jakarta Holds Blood Donation Event

Today, South Jakarta holds blood donation event at South Jakarta Mayor Office, Jalan Prapanca Raya, Petogogan, Kebayoran Baru. Civil apparatuses from various SKPDs/UKPDs participate in this event.

"There are so many SKPDs/UKPDs and PJLP apparatuses who are enthusiastic to participate in this blood donation. Not only for humanity, but blood donation is also good for health," conveyed Marullah Matali, South Jakarta Mayor after donating, Friday (11/23).

Blood donors must be checked first by Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) personnel before donating. After registration, PMI personnel will check their blood pressure and health. 450 milliliters of blood will be taken from each blood donors or equivalent with one blood pack.

South Jakarta Employment Agency Head, Sogimun mentioned, blood donation is done to commemorate Indonesian Korpri Anniversary. It is targeted to collect 150 blood packs through this event.

"But now it reaches more than 150 blood packs since many SKPDs/UKPDs and PJLPs apparatuses are enthusiastic," he stated.
