One excavator is already deployed at the landslide scene, precisely at Jalan Pesona IX, RT 07/05 Kalisari Urban Village, Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta, Tuesday (27/11). It is expected that landslide debris can be quickly cleaned today.

Pasar Rebo Sub-district Acting Head, Panangaran Ritonga disclosed, because it is private and complex land, the handling is carried out only on the social facilities.

"All debris covering Jalan Lintas Sari will be cleaned, thus the road can be crossed again," he stated.

Particularly for landslide cliffs, his side will make a bronjong (rocks wrapped in plaited wires) for the barrier in a bid to prevent subsequent landslides. The technical handling itself is carried out by East Jakarta Water Resources Sub-department.
