Partial of Kampung Rambutan Terminal, East Jakarta is under renovation. Currently its progress reaches 80 percent and it will be complete in December 15.

According to field monitoring on Saturday (12/1), renovation is done to terminal platform floor or waiting room, emplacement, terminal management office, water channel, and pedestrian bridge (JPO).

"Many cracks on emplacements, platform floor ceramics, and also in management office thus it needs to be replaced to improve our service to public," he said, Saturday (12/1).
According to him, so far there is no obstacles in this renovation. He is targeting this renovation to complete by December 15.
Meanwhile, Terminal Facilities and Infrastructures Unit Head, Nursyahbuddin conveyed that he is optimistic to complete the renovation on time.
"Especially in repairing the emplacement part, buses in terminal need to be arranged. Because bus lane is diverted alternately while we are paving the emplacement. It can be used after it is dry completely," he informed.
Terminal renovation is done at night from midnight to 4 AM
thus it will not disturb activities in terminal and vehicles can pass without any obstacles.
