Regional Company (Perumda) Pasar Jaya will provide early childhood education (PAUD) facilities in several traditional markets in Jakarta. It will be utilized to help merchants in fulfilling educational needs for their children.

Pasar Jaya Perumda President Director, Arief Nasrudin mentioned, PAUD will be provided in several traditional markets, such as Walang Baru Market, Tanah Abang Market, and Blok M Market.

He explained, some markets are opened until late afternoon and others are opened only until noon. Temporarily, his side will prioritize to build this PAUD facility in markets that operate until late afternoon.
"We will give facilities according to the standard, such as children's toilet, rest area, library, and others," he added.
