West Jakarta Constructs 6 Maju Bersama Parks This Year

This year, West Jakarta will build six Maju Bersama (TMB) parks in settlement areas.

In building these parks, West Jakarta Forestry Sub-department Head, Aries Firmansyah conveyed, his side will involve the locals in managing this open space.
City will Build 30 TMB Parks"We will encourage locals to take a part in planning these six TMB parks," he said, Tuesday (1/15).
TMB parks will be built in Grogol Petamburan Sub-district, Duri Kosambi Open Space (RTH), Kebon Jeruk Green Garden, Taman Pakis Raya, Kamal Cengkareng, and Pegadungan.
"It is ready to be built since all of these six locations have been bought last year," he added.
West Jakarta Forestry Sub-department's Forestry Section Head, Budi Hidayat explained that his side allocated Rp 15 billion for planning, building, and monitoring these TMB parks.
"Our target is to finish constructing 4 of 6 TMB parks in August 2019. Then we will deploy personnel to take care of the parks," he said.
