Cituis Pier Revitalization Acceleration Monitored

Seribu Islands Regency and Jakarta Bogor Depok Tangerang Bekasi Cianjur (Jabodetabekjur) Development Cooperation Agency (BKSP) conducted joint monitoring to Cituis Rawa Saban Pier, Tangerang, Banten. It was done to monitor acceleration on Cituis Pier revitalization in order to develop economy in Jakarta and Banten.

This pier need to be revitalized thus it can develop economy in both regions

"This pier needs to be revitalized thus it can develop economy in both regions," mentioned Seribu Islands Regent, Husein Murad, Tuesday (1/15).

According to him, there will be more tourists who visit this area if it has a nice and comfortable pier.

Jakarta Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM)'s Executive Staff who represents Jabodetabekjur BKSP, Tri Kurniadi conveyed, it needs improvement and groove deepening thus passengers boats can land on it properly and it can be used to loading and unloading goods.

Improvement done in Cituis Pier because most Thousand Islands residents use this pier to buy goods in Tangerang.

"Tangerang residents also use it as an access to visit Thousand Islands," he added.
