60 Water Resources (SDA) Unit personnel were deployed to handle inundation using two alkon pumps on Jl. Boulevard Raya, Jl. Pegangsaan Dua and Jl. Boulevard Barat,  Kelapa Gading Urban Village, North Jakarta, Friday (1/25).

Kelapa Gading SDA Unit Head, Rukmana mentioned, heavy rain from last night to morning caused 10-20 cm inundation on the roads.

According to him, channel on Jl. Pegangsaan Dua and Jl. Boulevard Barat are broken due to Pulogebang-Sunter Toll Flyover project. While channel on Jl. Boulevard Raya is being repaired after LRT project construction.

"Channels can't be functioned. So we clean it and drain the inundation to the existing channel," he explained.
