Jakarta Library and Archive Agency is about to raise theme "Media Literacy for Smart Jakarta" in this month's various activities in a bid to commemorate the National Press Day, which falls on February 9. 

Besides open for public, we also invite communities to join us, like Blogger and Book clubs

It will share information and skills in using media information in the form of blog websites, social media, and etc.

"Besides open for public, we also invite communities to join us, like Blogger and Book clubs. They will do blog writing training supported by the library," expressed Deposits, Collection Development, Services and Conservation Division Head, Jeje Nurjaman , Wednesday (2/6). 

Even, skills and information needs for persons with disabilities will also be reviewed in the focus group discussion (FGD) event at Cikini Library, Menteng, Central Jakarta in mid-February.

'It's hoped that people can use the media to improve their insights and will be more interested in coming to the library," he expressed.
