Jakarta Indonesian Journalists Association (PWI) will hold MH Thamrin Journalist Award MH Thamrin. All works of journalism in the competition should be the publication began June 1, 2016-May 31, 2017.

There are 10 categories of competition, consisting of general article, editorial, photography, caricature, public service, feature broadcast television, radio and online, as well as feature sport

He added the feature citizen journalism category is also competed in the award, reserved for the people who wrote and published in the legal online media.
