City DPRD Banggar Member, Bestari Barus explained clear legal rules to include existing companies through corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs for community welfare.
"We have bylaw which regulates CSR for supporting the development process. Hopefully similar system can be applied in Lhokseumawe city, to attract private companies to invest," he said.
