Central Jakarta Targets to Create 5,600 New Entrepreneurs

This year, around 5,600 new entrepreneurs are targeted to be achieved in Central Jakarta through the program of the Integrated Entrepreneurship Development (PKT).

"Those of you who want to join in our program, just register online or come to the local sub-district office by attaching a photocopy of ID card and family card," expressed Central Jakarta Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives Agency (KUKMP) Head, Bangun Richard, Tuesday (2/19).

Participants are taken from job seekers and citizens who wanted to start entrepreneurs, or those who already have a business but want to improve their business.

Cooperative and medium-sized business (UKM) Section Head, Julius Effendi added that the program is still under registration stage and targeted to absorb 8,000 people.

"About its training, will be opened on April 10, 2019," he told.
