Land Certificates of Nine City Assets in North Jakarta Submitted

National Land Agency (BPD) submits land certificates of nine City assets in North Jakarta region in this week. Those lands with total area more than 38 thousand square meters have been processed for its certification in 2018.
Land certification is programmed routinely every year
North Jakarta Asset Management Sub-department Head, Ratna Diah Kurniati stated land certification program is made to avoid unauthorized party to occupy the government assets.

Those nine lands are Cilincing Health Center (Puskesmas) land on Jl. Kalibaru Timur, Satpol PP warehouse land on J. Tugu Selatan STM Walang Jaya, Pejagalan Urban Village office land on Jl. Boncel I, Koja Puskesmas on Jl. Mahoni Ujung, Dukcapil Sub-department land on Jl. Berdikari, Koja RSUD land on Jl. Deli,North Jakarta PPAPP Sub-department land on Jl. Agung Utara Raya, Papanggo Urban Village office land on Jl. Bisma Timur II, and Koja Puskesmas land on Jl. Kramat Jaya VIII.
"Land certification program is also continued this year. Currently we are still doing registration and verification on the field before we propose it," she said.
