Citizens Enjoy Car Free Day Along Jalan Gajah Mada - Hayam Wuruk

In this beautiful Sunday morning, West Jakarta residents flock the car free day along Jalan Gajah Mada - Hayam Wuruk.

This is the second time held and aims to make the body healthy, fit and to make a gathering place between residents with apparatus

Various activities are conducted such as, gymnastics, running, walking and cycling, enjoying music on the main stage, and checking health for free.

Car Free Day Along Jalan Gajah Mada Goes Festive

As experienced by Parlin (45), a citizen of Jembatan Lima, West Jakarta. He comes with riding a bicycle from his residence to the location to exercise and enjoy the holiday.

  

"I do this routinely when this event is held here, either at HI Roundabout or Kota Tua area," he told.

Then, Martinah (40), a citizen of Krukut Urban Village, Taman Sari, uses this moment to exercise.

"While exercising, I also enjoy a free health medical-check up here," she expressed. 

In the meantime, West Jakarta Secretary, Eldi Andi explained that this event is held on the second week of every month.

"This is the second time held and aims to make the body healthy, fit and to make a gathering place between residents with apparatus," he stated.
