Rawabunga Residents Initiate Proklim Program for Their Village

Climate Resilience Village Program (Proklim) or Green Village program is implemented at RW 03, 04, 06, and 07, Rawabunga Urban Village, Jatinegara, East Jakarta.

We hope we can help our residents optimally thus Proklim program can be implemented well in our villages

RW 04 Rawabunga Head, Sam Alwi Purukan conveyed, local residents take the initiative to make their villages into Green Villages. This movement is supported by local urban village and sub-district.

Rawabunga Urban Village Head, Agustina stated, her side supports the locals by searching for CSR assistance and coordinating with Forestry Sub-department and other related sub-departments for providing plants for them.

"We hope we can help our residents optimally thus Proklim program can be implemented well in our villages," she stated, Monday (3/18).

One of the residents named Gandhi (42) explained, residents plan to green Jl. Masjid 1, Jl. Warung Asem, and Jl. Bekasi Timur 2 by planting various trees in big pots and putting it along the road.
