North Jakarta PE Invites Sisca Soewitomo as Speaker in Kelapa Gading Timur Cooking Class

North Jakarta Industry and Energy (PE) Sub-department holds cooking class as a part of Integrated Entrepreneurship Development (PKT) training program at Dewi Shinta Children-Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA), RW 08 Kelapa Gading Timur Urban Village, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta. There are 40 local residents who participate in it.

In this cooking class, North Jakarta PE Sub-department invites the national culinary expert, Sisca Soewitomo, as the speaker. She teaches the participants how to make rice bowl, tart, steamed sponge cake, and beverages such as strawberry mojito and peach mojito.

South Jakarta Nakertrans Holds Cooking Class at Akasia RPTRA

Ika Susanti (35), RW 05 Kelapa Gading Timur Urban Village resident, conveyed that she learned many things in this cooking class. She joined this class because she plans to start culinary business in the near future.

"Sisca Soewitomo is amazing and she teaches us well. Hopefully this training to be carried out continuously until we are ready to start our own business," she said.

Other resident of RW 10, Kelapa Gading Timur Urban Village, Ispi mentioned about creative method in this training that makes her enjoying it.

"Mrs. Sisca gives us culinary insights about trending culinary dishes which are easy to made. This is very useful for us who want to start catering business," she expressed.

Kelapa Gading Timur Urban Village's Community Welfare Section Head, Sarmudi hopes this training can facilitate participants in starting their culinary business.

"We will also help them to get their business permit," he added.
