Anies Wants Fire Prevention to Be Priority in West Jakarta Musrenbang

Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan wants West Jakarta Development Planning Forum (Musrenbang) to prioritize discussion about fire prevention.

Fire prevention should be the priority

According to him, fire cases is often occurred in West Jakarta. This case has been also discussed in Musrenbang at city level last week.

"We want West Jakarta to prevent fire cases by checking residents houses that have high risk of fire and review about prevention measures that should be done. At this level, we can't just wait for fire to occur and send our firefighter to extinguish it. Fire prevention should be the priority," he mentioned when attending West Jakarta Musrenbang, Tuesday (3/26).

Thus he reminds West Jakarta Musrenbang to sort jobs that need to be done according to priorities and complete them thoroughly. It should also focus on equality of opportunity for welfare.

"I found social inequality in West Jakarta between its regions. Musrenban g should also solve this case," he added.
