Around 100 stakeholders whom spread in North Jakarta participated in the socialization of Jak Potret application. Those are from city council, early awareness society forum (FKDM), karang taruna youth organization and interfaith communication forum (FKUB). 

Hopefully they can give an objective assessment without subjective elements

They were groups of respondents who have the right to evaluate the performance of urban village heads, sub-district heads, and mayors.

North Jakarta City Council Chairman, Bambang Setiyono appreciated the governor's program, which involves local people in evaluating the performance of city officials in order to give more objective evaluation based on field facts.

"We can't do this before, but now we can involve them (locals) to do evaluation," he expressed, Thursday (4/4).

North Jakarta Vice Mayor, Ali Maulana Hakim explained that socialization of citizen relation management (CRM) and community satisfaction survey (SKM) via Jak Potret was to improve his ranks' performance.

These stakeholders were chosen as a representation of the community and have access to the SKM as respondents via the Jak Potret.

"This application could be downloaded via playstore and appstore," he told.

There were nine variable performances of government apparatuses, which are the basis of evaluation. He guarantees the identity of the respondents kept confidential.

"Hopefully they can give an objective assessment without subjective elements," he hoped.
