North Jakarta and BNNK Support Post-Rehab Clients by Giving PKT Training

North Jakarta Government collaborates with North Jakarta National Narcotics Agency (BNNK) in integrated entrepreneurship development (PKT) training program held in Kampung Bahari, Tanjung Priok, that involves 15 local residents and post-rehab clients.

We need them to support and coach our clients to be entrepreneurs

North Jakarta Assistant in Economy and Development, Suroto considered, PKT training program can help BNNK to prevent drug misuse while empowering those post-rehab clients into new entrepreneurs.

3,500 New Entrepreneurs Targeted to Be Realized This Year

"We also support BNNK to coordinate with other UKPDs thus its program that can prevent drug misuse through community empowerment method can be intensified in North Jakarta," he stated at Rumah Kreatif dan Inovasi Posko P4GN, Jl. RE Martadinata, Tuesday (4/23).

Through this cooperation, North Jakarta BNNK's Rehabilitation Section Head, Novianti Purnama Sari wants to support post-rehab clients by implementing community-based rehabilitation. Thus she hopes residents can take a part in improving clients life while monitoring them not to touch narcotics anymore.

"We need them to support and coach our clients to be entrepreneurs," she conveyed.
