Jakarta Psychosocial Team distributed aid in form of sport equipment such as nets, volley balls, and soccer balls to disaster victims in Soulowe Urban Village of Sigi Regency, Buluri Urban Village and Duyu Urban Village of Palu City, Central Sulawesi.
We hope they can use these stuffs to do positive activities together with their friends
According to Joko Indro, Jakarta Disaster Management Agency (BPBD)'s Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Division Head information, soccer and volley are popular sports for the locals.
"Based on my experience in handling disaster victims in Lombok, I found out that children and teenagers in camps need sport equipment, especially soccer and volley ball, to do activities with their friends," he said, Thursday (4/25).
Psychosocial Team Holds Entrepreneurship Training in PaluHe hoped giving them sport equipment could make them cheer up.
"We hope they can use these stuffs to do positive activities together with their friends," he expressed.
