Cheap Bazaar Opened at KPKP Department Office Until Today

Jakarta Maritime Agriculture and Food Security (KPKP) Department holds cheap bazaar in KPKP Department Office's yard on Jalan Gunung Sahari Raya, Gunung Sahari Utara Urban Village, Sawah Besar, Central Jakarta.

Bazaar is held to maintain food price stability ahead of Ramadan Month

Jakarta KPKP Department Head, Darjamuni explained, there are variety of staple foods sold such as rice, cooking oil, sugar, flour, meat, chicken, eggs, shallots, garlic, chili pepper, fish, vegetables and others.

"It is held to maintain food price stability ahead of Ramadan. Besides, we want to facilitate people who live near our office to get staple foods at affordable price. It has been held since yesterday until today," he mentioned, Friday (5/3).

His side cooperates with PT. Food Station Tjipinang Jaya, Perumda Pasar Jaya, and other stakeholders to hold this bazaar. He also uses this chance to invite coached merchants from Integrated Entrepreneurship Development (PKT) program to promote their commodities.
