The City Council (DPRD)'s Commission A wants Jakarta Provincial Government to soon draw up a grand design for the implementation of regional cooperation.
According to William Yani, Vice Chairman of Jakarta DPRD's Commission A, it is a must for maximum results created from the cooperation.

Its grand design refers to the 2017-2022 Mid-term Regional Development Plan (RPJMD) relating to the target of cooperation each year, measurable indicators of success, program synergies between SKPD which are then set forth in bylaw, as well as optimizing the role of regional cooperation coordination teams in domestic and overseas.
"It's useful for many sectors such as, improving air quality until urban farming," he stated.
