200 Elderly People Receive Financial Aid Through Elderly Card

As many as 200 elderly people living in Pasar Baru Urban Village, Sawah Besar, Central Jakarta have received the financial aid through Jakarta Elderly Card (KLJ).

Sawah Besar Sub-district Social Agency Executing Unit Head, Asep Supriyatna said, on stage I, II and III, 167 cards have been distributed and 33 other cards on stage IV.
"It is hoped able to help them in fulfilling basic needs," he expressed, Wednesday (5/8).
City Gets Appreciation for Giving Social Assistance to ElderlyPasar Baru Urban Village Head Agus Yahya expressed that the receiver has gone through the data collection, registration and verification process.
One of recipients from RT 03/05 Pasar Baru Urban Village, Iceh Suningsih (65) expressed her grateful for the financial aid by Rp 600,000 per month.
"Jakarta Provincial Government is very concerned about the elderly. Surely this aid can help meet our needs, thank you," she stated.
