Central Jakarta Maritime Agriculture and Food Security (KPKP) Sub-department will hold integrated food operation which is centered at Block III of Senen Market on Friday (5/10).

Central Jakarta KPKP Sub-department Head, Bayu Sari Hastuti conveyed, her side cooperates with Jakarta National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM), KPKP Department, Health Department, Satpol PP, Police and TNI to hold this operation.
Internal Team will Be Made to Supervise Food Products Quality"In this operation, we will take samples of raw food such as rice, chili pepper, raw fish, meat, and chicken at Senen Market and test it in our laboratory," she mentioned, Wednesday (5/8).
Moreover, her side plans to monitor food stock and price, to check processed food and ready-to-eat food, and parcel.
"Besides Senen Market, we will also conduct similar operation in other markets such as Karang Anyar Market, Timbul Kartini Market, Jembatan Merah Market, Pasar Baru, and supermarket," she explained.
