Pasar Jaya Opens Cheap Markets in 18 Traditional Markets

The Jakarta-owned market operator PD Pasar Jaya is opening cheap markets in 18 traditional markets during Ramadan. It has been held since May 9. 

Today it opens in Kelapa Gading, Pademangan Timur and Cipete Utara markets

Those markets are Paseban, Palmerah, Pal Meriam, Jembatan Lima, Pos Pengumben, Pulogadung, Jatinegara, Ciganjur, Rawamangun, Kelapa Gading, Pademangan Timur, Cipete Fatmawati, Kebayoran Lama, Pondok Labu and Mampang Prapatan.

"Today it opens in Kelapa Gading, Pademangan Timur and Cipete Utara markets," expressed Pasar Jaya Public Relations Manager Assistant, Amanda Gita Dinanjar, Thursday (5/16).

It is also planned to be held on May 17 in Pondok Labu, Mampang Prapatan and Kebayoran Lama markets, as well as in Paseban, Palmerah and Pal Meriam markets on May 18.

Her side also opens Jakgrosir, mini dc and outlet which have been opened since April 23-June 23 starting at 7 AM-9 PM. In Thousand Islands, similar activity opens on Pramuka, Tidung, Untung Jawa, Putri, Panggang, Harapan and Kekapa islands.

"Especially on islands, we open every Sunday," he said.

The market itself offers 5 kg of rice sold at Rp 58,800-59,000, 1-1.8 liters of cooking oil Rp 10,000-Rp 19.500, and sugar Rp 11,000-12,100, 1 kg of wheat flour Rp 6,200-Rp 7,500, frozen chicken frozen Rp 27,500, 1 kg of frozen beef Rp 79,000, 900 grams of buffalo meat Rp 65,000, red onion Rp 25,000, garlic Rp 24,500 and curly chili Rp 16,000.
