Citizens Encouraged to Vote CRM Application to Win IDC Competition

Jakarta Government encourages citizens to support Citizen Relation Management (CRM) application via voting at website https://www.idc.com/ap/smartcities/ to be the best finalist in International Data Corporation (IDC) competition for category Civic Engagement.

In this competition, Jakarta is competing with three other big cities; Wellington (New Zealand), Shenzhen (China), and Seoul (South Korea).

"We still have around a week until May 28 to vote CRM application in IDC's web. We need your support thus Jakarta becomes more advanced and known by other countries," conveyed Jakarta Secretary, Saefullah, Monday (5/20).

Meanwhile, Jakarta Communication Informatics and Statistic Department (Diskominfotik) Head, Atika Nur Rahmania said that her side has informed and asked citizens participation via social media thus they can support Jakarta by voting CRM application.

"We encourage them to participate in voting. Because their vote is very important to win this competition," she mentioned.
