Kalideres One-Stop Integrated Service Unit (UP PTSP), West Jakarta, launched platinum service in Kompleks Kalideres Permai settlement, Wednesday (5/22).

Jakarta Investment and PTSP Department Deputy Head, Denny Wahyu who attends on this event said, this service is innovated by Kalideres UP PTSP to facilitate residents to get building permit (IMB) online.
PTSP Service in West Jakarta Opens Until 4 PM"Through this service, PTSP personnel will pick up IMB application documents and help to complete architectural drawings of the house that will be built by applicant. Personnel will be also equipped with EDC machine for retribution payment," he explained.
He hopes in the future this innovation can be applied in all Jakarta areas thus applicants can have optimal service to get residential building permit.
According to Kalideres UP PTSP Head, Azis Kurniawan, platinum service has been trialled for several applicants in Kalideres. During trial period, IMB can be issued for less than an hour via online after applicant submitted all requirement documents.
"We will cooperate with residents and civil apparatuses in urban village and sub-district to socialize this service thus it can reduce number of people who use third-party service to get IMB," he stated.
Adianto, Kompleks Kalideres Permai resident appreciates the platinum service since it really helps him to get residential building permit. He assessed that PTSP personnel gives an optimal and satisfying service.
"I will tell other neighbors in this settlement about this PTSP's platinum service," he mentioned.
