Jakarta Cooperatives Small Micro Medium Enterprises and Trade (KUKMP) Department socializes street vendor (PKL) arrangement master plan to North Jakarta's urban villages and sub-districts heads.

"We need suggestions from each regions thus we can compile this arrangement well," he conveyed, Thursday (5/22).

According to him, there are three main points in this arrangement. First is about to provide a place for PKL while keep maintaining city's aesthetics and needs. Then, about how to accommodate and control PKL.

"We need to anticipate space restriction for PKL in this arrangement," he stated.

Especially for PKL who sells culinary dishes, he continued, his side will ensure the sanitation, hygiene, service, and its impact for environment.

North Jakarta Vice Mayor, Ali Maulana Hakim expects this master plan can be a guide for personnel, business owner, or investor in running their business.

"We hope this master plan can give win-win solution for all sides," he added.
