Today, South Jakarta Government inspects 4 traditional markets and 1 supermarket to to assure food safety ahead of Eid.
We take total 300 food samples and test it in laboratory
South Jakarta Mayor, Marullah Matali conveyed, food inspection is done in Pondok Labu Market, Mede Market, Cipete Selatan Market, and one supermarket on Jalan TB Simatupang, Cilandak.
"We take total 300 food samples and test it in laboratory. There are 135 samples from agriculture products, 40 samples from livestock products, and 125 samples from fishery products," he conveyed, Wednesday (5/29).

"We fully support the government to do routine food inspection. Thus we can be protected from food with hazardous substances," he conveyed.
