The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) expects rain in parts of Jakarta on Sunday afternoon.

This morning is just cloudy

"This morning is just cloudy," said BMKG's Public Relations Section Head, Taufan Maulana, Sunday (6/16).

In afternoon, rain would hit West Jakarta, South Jakarta and East Jakarta. 

At night, rain would hit East Jakarta and South Jakarta, meanwhile weather at tomorrow's dawn would be cloudy.

Temperatures are predicted at 24 to 32 degrees Celsius with humidity of 65 to 95 percent. While the southwest-northwest wind velocity could reach 05 to 25 kilometers per hour.

"Beware of the potential for rain accompanied by lightning and short winds in short duration in South Jakarta, West Jakarta, Central Jakarta and East Jakarta between afternoon and night," he stated.
