Commission A Reviews Social and Public Assets with Executive

Jakarta Council (DPRD) Commission A held meeting with executives to review about social and public facilities asset management at Jakarta DPRD Commission A meeting room, Monday (7/22).

Government should be able to take over those assets immediately

Through this meeting, Commission A Secretary, Syarif conveyed, his side wants Jakarta Government to take over social and public facilities from developers who own Land Use Appointment License (SIPPT) thus government can utilize those assets optimally.

"Government should be able to take over those assets immediately thus it can be functioned optimally for citizens," he asserted.

Commission A Wants Fire Handling Socialization to Be Intensified

Thus, his side assessed, executive needs to revise Governor Regulation (Pergub) No. 228/2016 by giving additional authority for mayor and regent to collect assets in form of social and public facilities from SIPPT owners in their own regions.

"It is important to revise this regulation thus government work can be m ore optimal," he stated.
