300 Taxpayers Undergo Tax Procedures Socialization

The local tax procedures socialization opened by West Jakarta Vice Mayor, M Zein is given to 300 taxpayers in the business of restaurants, hotels and entertainment venues in West Jakarta. It was held in the MH Thamrin room, Building B, local mayor office. 

It's actually to increase understanding about local taxation, online system, as well as report and depositing taxes in a timely manner

In his speech, it is aimed to increase the understanding of the owners and managers of restaurants, hotels and entertainment venues towards local tax procedures in a bid to achieve this year's revenue target.

Distress Warrant Sent to Three Taxpayers in West Jakarta

"It's actually to increase understanding about local taxation, online system, as well as report and depositing taxes in a timely manner," expressed M Zein.

Currently the West Jakarta has 2,796 taxpayers listed in business of hotel, restaurant and entertainment. They are hoped to obey paying taxes for the progress of Jakarta and the welfare of citizens.

"By so we hope that this year's tax revenue target can be achieved," he hoped.

Jakarta Local Tax and Retribution Division Head, Joko Pujianto detailed that the tax target for hotel by Rp 170.14 billion, restaurant Rp 560.14 billion and entertainment Rp 183.14 billion.

"Hopefully this socialization brings benefits for them," he hoped.

West Jakarta Tax and Retribution Sub-division Head, Hendarto is optimistic that tax target can be achieved this year.

"In total the tax target is reaching Rp 3.6 trillion," he uttered.
