West Jakarta Tax and Levy Sub-Agency sent distress warrant to three taxpayers who are failed to pay their tax on Tuesday (7/23).

"Two taxpayers are failed to pay rural land and building tax (PBB-P2) and the other taxpayer is failed to pay restaurant tax with total billing Rp 2.03 billion," informed West Jakarta Tax and Levy Kasuban, Hendarto.

Before sending distress warrant, his side has sent warning letter for three times. Taxpayers who received this warning letter should pay in installments according to applicable rules.
"Total billings mentioned in distress warrant is not including fine as much as 2 percent per month for 24 months that should be paid by taxpayers," he explained.
His side informed that Jakarta Tax and Levy Agency (BPRD) also tries to block those taxpayers bank account if they don't pay their billings up to the deadline date.
"We will block their bank accounts and assets if they don't pay it," he stated.
