Electronic Birth Certificate in West Jakarta Launched

The West Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-agency has launched an electronic birth and death certificate that uses barcodes.

Even the document issuance process only takes less than an hour

"Actually it has been applied in 20 out of 56 urban villages in West Jakarta," said West Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-agency Head, Rosyik M, Thursday (8/1). 

This August, Central Jakarta to Provide KIA and Birth Certificate Administration Service in Schools

It aims to facilitate services to the public who want to propose civil documents.

"So residents do not have to wait long to get a signature of the Population and Civil Registration Sub-agency Head. Even the document issuance process only takes less than an hour," he told.
