2019 First Semester, Jakarta Achieves Highest Domestic Direct Investment in Indonesia

Jakarta's Domestic Direct Investment (PMDN) for this year's first semesterbecomes the highest in Indonesia with total value at Rp 26.7 trillion.

We are grateful that investment trend in Jakarta becomes more positive

Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (PMPTSP) Department Head, Benni Aguscandra stated, other regions with PMDN below Jakarta in sequence are East Java with total Rp 25.4 trillion, followed by West Java Rp 20.5 trillion, Riau Rp 17.3 trillion and Central Java Rp 13.5 trillion.

First Quarter, City's Investment Realization Reached Rp 24.7 Trillion

"Again, Jakarta could maintain its rank as the province with the highest PMDN realization in Indonesia. We are grateful that investment trend in Jakarta becomes more positive," he stated, Thursday (8/8).

The higher PMDN realization in Jakarta shows the higher competitiveness and domestic investor's growth in Jakarta. In order to achieve the best, Jakarta PMPTSP Department is ready to facilitate domestic investors in providing service related to license and non-license documents issuance.

"We have 'Memulai Bisnis' outlet at Public Service Mall that serves all investors regarding issuance of documents needed for opening or developing business in Jakarta. We will also facilitate them to make required license and non-license documents issued by central government," he explained.
