PMPTSP Optimizes Its Performance in Processing Permissions

Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (PMPTSP) Department to speed up the licensing process. It also accelerates recommendation for Lucky Draw Permit (UGB) and Money or Goods Collection (PUB) permissions.

Our service is prioritizing ease and speed in processing permits

Formerly, Jakarta PMPTSP Department Head, Benny Agus Chandra mentioned, it took no later than 7 days to process the recommendation for UGB and PUB permissions.

PMPTSP Continues to Facilitate Jakartans in Issuing Permit

"After accelerating our work, now UGB and PUB permission can be issued within 1-3 days," he said, Thursday (3/28).

In order to achieve Industrial Revolution 4.0 in Jakarta, his side seeks to optimize digital-based public service thus service time can be accelerated.

"Our service is prioritizing ease and speed in processing permits," he added.

During January-March 2019 period, his side has issued 125 UGB permits and 16 PUB permits. Verification and applicants data validation are also done accurately and quickly.

For information, PMPTSP Department obtained an award from Social Ministry on Wednesday (3/27) due to its innovations for optimizing an easier and faster service for Jakartans.
