In his speech, he invited them to reflect on the struggle to raise the red and white flag that required a great struggle from the pioneers of independence.
"This is not just the flag hoisting, but you must realize that the flag was raised first, which requires the grants of life, blood, energy and thoughts of the pioneers of independence thus the mandate is done like we appreciate the founders of this republic," he stated.
