Jakarta Smart City (JSC) opens information booth at North Jakarta Mayor Office until this Friday (8/23) to socialize Jak Lingko and CRM application to the local civil apparatuses (ASN).
North Jakarta Communications Information and Statistic Sub-department's Communication and Public Information Section Head, Koharudin said, this socialization is focused to educate ASN about CRM thus ASN can work optimally in responding citizens complaints from all canals in CRM application.

He mentioned that Jakarta Government is currently intensifying air pollution controlling program. Since JSC also socializes about Jak Lingko, he expects this socialization can encourage North Jakarta ASN to prefer using public transport.
"We want them to know that it is easy to use Jak Lingko," he stated.
