City to Open Second Stage Registration for Zero Down-payment HousingAt first, he explained, his side gained information about Samawa program from mainstream media. Then, he continues to find out more information about this program via media social because he really wants a house to live with his family.
Last February, he registered the program at East Jakarta Mayor Office. Previously, he proposed for unit type 36, but he didn't meet the requirements thus he tried for type 24 with facility of
1 room. Then, after waiting around 6 months, he got a call to participate in housing unit draw for today.According to him Samawa program could be a solution for Jakartans with lower middle economy. House units in Jakarta are mostly sold with high price and DP that is difficult for people with lower middle income to buy it.
"I really hope our family can live in this place. I also happy seeing my child playing happily in this playground. This is what I need, buying house with zero down payment. It is our dream as Jakartan," he conveyed.
