Thousand Islands Regent, Husein Murad welcomed councilors of Lubuk Linggau City Council (DPRD), North Sumatera who visited Thousand Islands Regency Office at Pramuka Island for work visit on Thursday (9/12).

In this work visit, Lubuk Linggau DPRD Head, Rodi Wijaya mentioned, his side wants to learn about tourism management and explore several inhabited islands and resorts in Thousand Islands.
"We want to hold comparative study related to tourism management in here. Maybe it could be implemented by Lubuk Linggau government," he said, Thursday (9/12).
Today, DPRD Members from Five Regions Visit Jakarta DPRDThousand Islands Regent, Husein Murad appreciated Lubuk Linggau Council for choosing Thousand Islands for their comparative study.
"We share information about our development and also supporting factors that attract tourists to visit Thousand Islands," he explained.
He hopes this work visit also had an impact on increasing tourist visit to Thousand Islands.
