DPRD Submits Tatib Discussion Results to Kemendagri

Regarding discussion of code of Conduct (tatib), the Jakarta Legislative Council (DPRD) Vice Chairman, Syarif has submitted its discussion results to the Home Ministry (Kemendagri) for further action, on Thursday (9/19).
"If it is approved, we will discuss it for ratification in the future plenary session," he expressed.
Jakarta DPRD Finished Reviewing Code of ConductHe explained that the DPRD tatib for 2019-2024 periods comprises 19 chapters, 185 articles and two chapters of the other provisions.
One of them contains the mechanism for forming the Board Completeness Tool (AKD) according to the principle of proportionality. Then the mechanism for its formation will be continued at the stage of proposing personnel from each faction.
"Hopefully the AKD formation can be on schedule or before October 10," he stated.
