Thus her side deployed 7 officers to visit fire victim shelters at RW 01 to register their names and documents that need to be recovered such as their ID card (KTP), family card (KK), children identity card (KIA), birth certificates, marriage certificate, diploma, and others.

Result of data collecting conducted on the location, there were 29 KKs, 30 KTPs, 16 birth certificates, 13 KIAs, four diplomas, 2 Indonesia Sehat Cards, 4 marriage certificates, 5 Health BPJS cards, and 1 driving license, 2 Jakarta Pintar Cards (KJP)s, 1 Jakarta Sehat Card (KJS), and 2 land certificates lost or damaged d
ue to fire.
