Officer Collects Data Regarding Jatinegara Fire Victims' Lost and Damaged Documents

Rawa Bunga Urban Village officers collects data from fire victims whose important documents were lost or damaged due to fire incident occurred in Jatinegara, East Jakarta several days ago.

Residents who want to recover documents that related to population and civil registration, such as KTP, KK birth certificates, KIA, and others can go to urban village office

Rawa Bunga Urban Village Head, Agustina mentioned, data collecting is needed to know what kinds of documents and how many documents were lost or damaged.

Thus her side deployed 7 officers to visit fire victim shelters at RW 01 to register their names and documents that need to be recovered such as their ID card (KTP), family card (KK), children identity card (KIA), birth certificates, marriage certificate, diploma, and others.

"Residents who want to recover documents that related to population and civil registration, such as KTP, KK birth certificates, KIA, and others can go to urban village office," she explained, Monday (9/23).

According to her, her side will prioritize to process population documents owned by fire victims.

"Later, we will also facilitate them to get covering letter (PM 1) for administration in other sector or unit," she added.

Result of data collecting conducted on the location, there were 29 KKs, 30 KTPs, 16 birth certificates, 13 KIAs, four diplomas, 2 Indonesia Sehat Cards, 4 marriage certificates, 5 Health BPJS cards, and 1 driving license, 2 Jakarta Pintar Cards (KJP)s, 1 Jakarta Sehat Card (KJS), and 2 land certificates lost or damaged due to fire.
