Tidung Island Provides Booths to Display Local Business Products

Tidung Island Urban Village of South Thousand Islands facilitates residents who want to promote their own products such as processing foods and souvenir by providing booths in Featured Products Exhibition at Urban Village Office.

These booths are managed by PKK Mart

Tidung Island Urban Village Head, Cecep Suryadi stated, his side provided booth with size 3x4 square meters on office's yard that is located near ATM.

"These booths are provided to support PKK Mart activity and facilitate PKT program trainees to promote their products," he mentioned, Tuesday (9/24).

He informed, gross revenue that can be obtained from Display Room and Featured Product Exhibition is about Rp 300 - 400 thousand per day. While in weekend, it can reach Rp 500 thousand - 1 million when there is event in Tidung Island.

He mentioned that PKK Mart who manages the booths for this event also opens an online store.

"These booths are managed by PKK Mart. Residents are also able to entrust their products in here," he added.
