The Lahat District Legislative Council (DPRD), North Sumatera conducted a comparative study on the formation of the Board Fittings (AKD) to the Jakarta DPRD, on Thursday (9/26).

Lahat District DPRD Vice Chairperson Gaharu said his staff wants to learn the mechanism of the AKD formation. Currently he has completed the code of conduct (tatib) and inducted the definitive DPRD leadership for 2019-2024 periods.

"So for this AKD, we still refer to Government Regulation number 12/2018 and tatib," he expressed, at Jakarta Council Building.

He furthered one of the AKD discussions in his ranks is about the process of selecting candidates for the Chair of Honorary Board (BK) that is elected based on the count of seat representatives from the factions.

"About its election system, we will discuss it with members in the Lahat District DPRD," he continued.

Jakarta DPRD's Plenary Faction and Special Committee Sub-Division Head Nurbaini explained the process of discussing and forming the AKD in the Jakarta DPRD is still in the research process of the Home Ministry.

"So I think there needs to be deliberations and consensus from members based on Government Regulation number 12/2018," he stated.
