City Holds Blood Donation at City Hall for Two Days

To join, every donor must fill a form and continued with a health check-up from the PMI doctor

To commemorate the Pancasila Sanctity Day today, the Jakarta Provincial Government holds blood donation in the Jakarta City Hall for two days, precisely from October 1-2. It is opened from 9 AM to 12 AM.

It is targeted to absorb 125 donors with 125 bags of blood per day.

"To join, every donor must fill a form and continued with a health check-up from the PMI doctor," expressed Jakarta Regional Employment Agency (BKD) Head, Chaidir, Tuesday (10/1).

This activity is held in accordance with the Gubernatorial Instruction number 130/2018 on implementation of blood donation for employees. To smoothen it, his side cooperates with the Jakarta Employee Health Service Center (PPKP), BPJS Kesehatan and Bank DKI.

"This cooperation aim is for free health check-up such as, blood sugar, cholesterol and blood fat," he said.

One of ASN employees, Titi Pratiwi admitted that she was happy with the blood donation activity that is held for once every three months.

"I always participate in this program. Besides the body being healthy, I can also detect diseases in my body early," she stated.
