City Accelerates Kebon Jeruk Flyover Arrangement

Arrangement process at Kebon Jeruk Flyover, West Jakarta has reached 40 percent. This arrangement is targeted to complete in December 2019.

Kebon Jeruk Sub-district Head, Saumun conveyed, arrangement has started since September 2019. His side cooperates with Bina Marga Sub-department to arrange the sidewalks and West Jakarta Sub-department to plant decorative plants on the sidewalk.

"Until today, its progress has reached 40 percent. Our target is to finish it in mid of December," he asserted, Tuesday (10/1).

This Year, Seven Parks in Central Jakarta Revitalized

He explained, his side doesn't use City Budget (APBD) but community participation to fund this arrangement project.

"We will build Orange Monument (Tugu Jeruk) in this location. It reminds us that there used to be a house in here which planted orange," he said.
