This Year, Seven Parks in Central Jakarta Revitalized

Revitalization project will be realized in early October

Seven parks and two green belts in Central Jakarta will be revitalized in the near future. It aims to improve park quality and provide a comfortable space for interaction for the community.

"Revitalization project will be realized in early October," expressed Central Jakarta Forestry Sub-agency Head, Mila Ananda, Monday (9/30).

Those parks are HKSN Park, Buyan Park, Danau Damplas Park, Situ Aksan Park, Singkarak Park, Abang Timur Park and Sumenep Park.

"They will have a varied width and will be completed with supporting facilities such as children playground, gym outdoor, reflection lane. Thus far we have entered auction stage," she explained.

While for the green belt includes under Slipi Flyover with 8,500 square meters width, rail edge on Jalan Percetakan Negara I with 3,500 square meters width.

"This revitalization is targeted to be finished on December 15," she stated.
