Young People Enthusiastic in Participating in Diving Training on Pari Island

Very happy, hopefully it can minimize unemployment and further develop marine tourism

Along with the third party, the Thousand Islands Regency is organizing free open water and advance diving training for youth on Pari Island, South Thousand Islands. It will be held for three days.

Mansyur, one of participants expressed he and his friends are very grateful to the Thousand Islands Regency administration and one of the private companies that have organized this training.

Diving Training Given to 20 Coastal Janitors

"This activity trains young people to become water tour guides. Very happy, hopefully it can minimize unemployment and further develop marine tourism," expressed a citizen of Panggang Pula, Wednesday (10/2).

South Thousand Islands Sub-district Head Angga Saputra explained it is participated by 30 people from two sub-districts who are mostly water tour guides. They will receive diving certificates.

"We hope the same training can improve the skills and abilities of the water tour guides," he hoped.
