Forestry Completes Three Seed Gardens Arrangement

The Jakarta Forestry Agency has finished the arrangement of the Ciganjur Seed Garden, Seed Garden on Jalan Durian and Cibubur Seed Garden.

They are assigned to check and make sure everything according to the specifications, volume and others

Jakarta Forestry Agency's Urban Plant Development Technical Management Unit Head Yati Sudiharti said her special team is currently conducting a physical inspection in the field to find out whether the work is in accordance with the plan or not.

Forestry Agency Optimizes Independent Seed Procurement

She explained the Cianjur Seed Garden on Jalan Durian, Jagakarsa as wide as 1.6 hectares is arranged as its function will become the mother garden.

"Its arrangement includes making fences, roads, gates, guard posts and zoning for the mother garden," she expressed.

As for the arrangement in the Ciganjur Seed Garden as wide as 4 hectares is focused on the fencing and warehouse that are damaged in several parts of the building.

"Then in Cibubur Seed Garden, we repair the fence and make a U-ditch channel to prevent flooding," she stated.
