OKI DPRD Leaders and Members Conduct Working Visit to Jakarta DPRD

The leaders and members of Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) Regency, South Sumatera conducts a working visit to Jakarta DPRD, on Wednesday (10/9).

Ogan Komering Ilir Regency DPRD Chairman Abdiyanto disclosed his visit aims to learn the main tasks and functions (Tupoksi) of the Board Fittings (AKD) namely, the Budget Committee (Banggar) and the Consultative Body (Bamus).

"We have just finished the AKD, we want to know the mechanism for budget discussion in Banggar and additional Bamus as the new AKD in our council," he expressed, at Jakarta Council Building, Jalan Kebon Sirih, Gambir, Central Jakarta.

According to him, the Jakarta DPRD Banggar's budget discussion mechanism is relatively the same that is by involving the Regional Budget Team (TAPD) and Regional Working Unit (SKPD), as well as several commissions.

"We add to the knowledge flow and budget discussion calendar. No less important is Bamus, every schedule in the DPRD has to be in Bamus first," he told.

Plenary Meeting, Faction and Secretariat Pansus Sub-Division Head Siti Nurbaini expressed, in overall, the OKI council members are already well versed in the budget discussion mechanism in Banggar.

"Bamus is important. Besides determining the schedule, the AKD is also a necessity when there is a request for information from the Supreme Audit Board (BPK)," she stated.
